The public is invited to this free event on April 20, 2022, at the Steel Dynamics Keith E. Busse Alumni Center (Purdue Fort Wayne Alumni Center) to learn about “Business Contracts, MOUs and LOIs.” Doors open at 5:30 pm, this one-hour session will include Kyle Gough, Esq. of Kyle Gough Law Offices. We will be providing food and refreshments. Kyle will be advising attendees and business members about how contracts, memoranda of understanding (MOU), letters of intent (LOI) and other contract types, such as service level agreements (SLA) work for your business.
